What is "3-D"? We are glad you asked!
3-D is short for “Discovering Dayspring’s Differences” and is held most months
on Sunday afternoon from 12:30 - 2:00. The 3-D Class, led by our Senior Pastor,
David Johnson, is held in order to share information about DBC with those who
are interested in becoming a part of the family of believers at Dayspring.
The 3-D Class is offered to adults, students and to children who are in the 6th grade
and above. Childcare is provided for all younger children. Lunch will be provided and
served immediately after the 11:00AM Worship Service has ended. In order to complete
membership to DBC, it is essential that each new member register for the next available
class that is convenient to their schedule.
The following is a list of issues that 3D will examine:
-
What does it mean to be a Christian?
-
Why am I here?
-
What is expected of me as a member of Dayspring?
-
What is our philosophy of ministry?
-
What do we believe about baptism and communion?
-
Review of our vision, purpose and life-style statements
The Dayspring story
